Pro-Bound Sports Terms of Service and Return Policy
Limited Product Warranty: Pro-Bound Sports provides the following warranty from date of shipment. Time Periods: 3 Year 1 Year • Structural Components • Component parts of operating mechanisms, structural attachments, accessories, and assembly hardware. • Surface Material Finishes: Polymer & Powder Coat (Conditions listed below) • Non-standard items: Upholstery, stitching, foam, power and data components Exclusions and Conditions: This warranty does not include or apply to: • Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, vandalism, alteration, or misuse – all determined by ProBound Sports at its sole discretion • Events beyond human control • Product altered or modified by the user •User attached accessories • Products not installed by Pro-Bound Sports’ Approved Installers • Products not properly maintained in accordance with Pro-Bound Sports Operating and Maintenance Procedures & Inspections. • Natural variations occurring in wood and/or color fastness and/or variations in matching of colors, grains, or textures of materials shall not be considered defects • Any normal wear and tear caused by weathering or UV exposure is not covered under any of Pro-Bound Sports’ warranty. All painted items carry a one year limited warranty on coating. Pro-Bound Sports reserves the right to repair, replace or refund, as appropriate. All sporting activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperly maintained equipment and inadequately supervised programs are significant contributing factors. All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to reduce possible risk to the users.

Ordering: Pro-Bound Sports’ Customer Service Representatives are ready to help you from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST. Please verify the accuracy of your order, particularly as to shipping instructions, model number, quantities, the unit of measure, and color. Customers are responsible for all freight charges and sales tax where applicable.
Product Redesign: Pro-Bound Sports reserves the right to redesign or change materials of products to improve safety, durability, installation, or value.
Return Policy: All returns must be authorized by Pro-Bound Sports, LLC and require a return authorization. Call our Customer Care Team at 785-666-4207. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the return authorization issue date; otherwise, the return will not be eligible. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items will also be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or an error was made in production. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, or improper storage.
